I got my code via email, entered it in xbox store and started the game. Items are nowhere to be found...

According the confirmation in xbox store items should be "waiting for you in the store" checked the ingame store, no free items...

I got these when playing the beta. But now they can not find anything in my game.

Now the site is working again, but the reward is different. The same which I received a welcome email.
