i also havent received any kind of response on tickets ive made every day since the launch of game. I would really like to know if ubisoft is going to fix this game or if the only way to make it work is doing all these fixes that shouldnt have to be done after spending $100 on a triple a title... wtf is up ubisoft
I'm normally able to contact them via phone more easily.

It's gone all quiet on support for me too, after seeing what proof they were asking for from others on here, I have now sent them proof of everything as I knew the next thing they would ask for was more evidence so I've sent them all the proof they need, after spending to lots of 45 mins on hold today at work and 2 more emails sent.
