    Still no answer from support

    Hi,

    4 days ago I contacted support via your website and to this day still no aswer.

    "Thank you for contacting Ubisoft Customer Service! This is an automated response to confirm that we have received your message. You should expect a response from us within the next 48 hours."

    Can I have your answer, or there is a mistake in this email and it should be 48 days? Not sure...

    i also havent received any kind of response on tickets ive made every day since the launch of game. I would really like to know if ubisoft is going to fix this game or if the only way to make it work is doing all these fixes that shouldnt have to be done after spending $100 on a triple a title... wtf is up ubisoft

    I'm normally able to contact them via phone more easily.

    As to how helpful they can be is another issue.

    It's gone all quiet on support for me too, after seeing what proof they were asking for from others on here, I have now sent them proof of everything as I knew the next thing they would ask for was more evidence so I've sent them all the proof they need, after spending to lots of 45 mins on hold today at work and 2 more emails sent. I am now seriously F***ed off. It has been I week now guys come on.

    Think you need to sort the way you handle your customer service.

    I contacted them about issues I was having on the very first day, the 14th of February. Can you believe I'm still waiting for that reply?
