My NAT type is closed when I open the game, and when I try to search for a match it never finds one. However, when I join a group or someone joins me, it instantly switches to an open NAT type and I have no problem searching or joining games. Even if I leave the group my Nat type remains open and there are no problems until I close the game, which once I open it again it will be closed again.
I've tried the PC connection troubleshooting to no avail and I was wondering if anyone else had any ideas or quick fixes.

I have the same issue. I noticed it was closed(NAT) every time I start the game up, and right now as I type I'm seeing the issue of it. It took me at least 20 minutes to find a game of AI Eliminations. As even as I'm typing, I've been sitting in the lobby for another ten. And that was after I did an AI duel, where the server took too long to respond and didn't give me my rewards
It only opens(NAT) if I invite a friend to join a group. Which is really crappy. I shouldn't have to invite a friend just to enjoy the game. Especially when there clearly isn't any issues when there's a friend on the side, but when your alone there suddenly is.
EDIT: The game literally just ended. It closed on me without letting me or the only random that stayed in the game. And it loaded us into another game instead? Luckily it let us in but really...
