I finished downloading it a few hrs ago, search the store for BETA and it will be listed along with a few other game beta's.
Do note that the store shows Open beta, yet the download will show as Closed beta, most likely due to a PSN store error
but the game should just patch when it's fully ready and the servers are back online.
