I've been trying to submit a ticket via email since Friday but keep getting an error. (The message is: There was an error processing your request. Please try again later.)

I have another ticket that I opened last week (I still haven't heard anything back on that). I did receive confirmation that they received the first ticket, so I'm pretty sure that it's not user error.

Has anyone else had issues opening trouble tickets?
