Just because you don't like and don't know how to fight against an Orochi doesn't mean they're cheating. You sound like those kids that die and scream "HE'S CHEATING!"

I literally only play Orochi, and constantly get knocked down after a throw. What you have seen is indeed a bug, that happens to anyone, and isn't someone cheating.

Also, if you're having trouble against an Orochi, learn to parry, and grab them. There's literaly nothing they can do about it: "Guardbreak Counter (All Heroes):
Currently you can’t counter a guardbreak during a guardbreak attempt. This will be returned to the previous behavior seen in the Beta."
