Also, he has the strongest stamina damage in game, no one can even get close.

LB's problem is his AS, not damage, Conqueror is the pathetic one in term of damage. I know you guys want LB to be buffed, so do I, but voice your opinions reasonably, don't go around raging like little kids and ignore facts.
His light-parry-unblocklable can and will get parried easily.

At 1:41 you can see what I mean.

Yeah, but LB's top counter also has stun, which may sometimes give you another free GB.

    That's a top heavy though. Take a look at 0:49 and 0:54
    - 0:49 the Warden uses side light attack, get parried and thrown aside, the moment he resumes his stance, the poleaxe is already down on his head.
    - 0:54 Warden uses top heavy, get parried, BUT still manage to resume his stance. If he'd been fast enough, he could have parried that. This one is similar to the fight with Kensei at 1:41.

I don't know if this is universal or not, it will need more testing. But in most cases, the top counter is guaranteed if you parry a light attack.

Shugoki is arguable better at draining stamina thanks to his headbutt. Conq is pretty nice too because of the shield bash. And yeah, LB's damage is pretty pathetic on his normal attacks and especially certain lights. 9 damage for a light, have you seen that crap? PK does 14.

I think the lawbringer should be the type of enemy that once you see him you say "well, better plan my attacks or I'm gonna be punished". For example, his top parry into unblockable shouldn't be able to avoid. If you attacked him without thinking using a heavy blindly to an obvious spot against a character made for counterattacking, you deserve to eat that hit with all the honors. And, come on, is not even that strong given the circunstances.

Light attack after parry is not guaranteed, someone with good reflex can still parry it, even the top light. The heavy top after parry is guaranteed if you parry a top light (not sure about side light) b/c it has a stun effect, they basically can't move during that animation. It's different if you parry a heavy, b/c they can still block or roll away from your top counter if they have enough stamina. If they don't then it's also guaranteed.
Sorry to jump in here, reputation 5 Lawbringer here.

Parrying a light attack GUARANTEES a free overhead unblockable or a sideways impale charge. The timing for recovery on light and heavy attacks is different, however, as it is now conquerer light attack parries DO NOT guarantee this, as his recovery time is the same between heavy and light attack parries.

So basically, his damage isn't very high, no. His combos are deadly if you can fake out your opponent enough to hit more than once at a time, and most of them can be used with shove. His strength lies in his utility and his parry punishes, although his attacks could use a bit of a buff.

Since I have maxed out attack gear, level 108, My overhead heavies deal roughly half a warlord's health for free on a light parry. Gear damage HEAVILY influences the effectiveness of a Lawbringer.

EDIT: I re-read what you said and yes, unblockable overhead is guaranteed after any light attack parry, since it doesn't require a stance change to use it during the parry animation.

Pretty insane how much of a difference gear can make in a competetive game. Luckily there are modes without it, it's just not fun facing people with such high gear when you only have around 10 gear yourself. It's certainly not impossible to beat a geared up hero, just a bit harder.

Thanks for the clarification, just re-tested it myself and you're correct. Both of his heavy counters are guaranteed after parrying a light attack.
