Imho Assassin classes appear to have no hard counters at the current time other than being outplayed due to their predictability.

Warden.

Good pressure with top-light and zone-attacks. All of Orochi's best combos are top-attacks, which you can counter brutally with good timing. His reflex-guard makes zone-attacks require a manual block every time, which can catch him a lot if you're good at keeping him distracted.

Yeah definitely Warden, basically eliminates the top light combo (by far his best move) and Riptide Strike with the threat of the top counter, and the speed of Warden's light top and the aforementioned zone attack means the Orochi needs to be completely on point with his reflex blocking. The Orochi is slightly better against the shoulder bash spam than most but if you cancel the charge altogether (rather than into GB) it negates his dodge attack.
