I haven't gotten any of the gear from the season pass nor the deluxe edition...any suggestions?

Have you tried restoring licenses in the psn settings menu?

Also youre aware the gear they mention is the cosmetic overrides right? I originally thought i was missing them too but its not actual items they provide :@
