    I can't connect my phone in the game

    I uninstalled and installed the game on Steam, downloaded the app again from the App Store. I put up the Firewall in the default settings and nothing happened. I can use all the features, Just Dance Unlimited, but I can not connect my Smartphone. I tried only with iOS, I do not know about Android, I need help

    Note: I could connect normally before the last update. The game had 3 updates, but in the 3rd began the problem.

    First of all, I would advice to you check if your plateform and your phone are connected on the same network, which is essential to make it work. This FAQ may help as well maybe. If the situation doesn't improve despite that, don't hesitate to get in touch with our support team just here.

    I found a solution. Search for Windows "cmd" then type (netstat -aon | findstr "8080") Note: Do not copy the (), if nothing appears, skip to the next step, if something appears, see if it does not have a number to the right (Usually 5060). Open the Task Manager (Ctrl + Alt + Del), go in detail and go to PID, you can click on the name "PID" to alphabetize, look for the number you saw after typing that command, click The right button and finish the task. Then go back to the CMD, type "ipconfig", you will get a lot of text, then look for "IP address IPv4". Go to the Smartphone application, touch "Help", "Set IP manually" and enter the sequence of numbers and dots that appears in "IPv4 IP address"

    Hint: The game could show the IP of the PC to facilitate, especially for those who do not have much habit of using a computer. Even seeing that application is using port 8080 and completing the task, the game does not connect automatically, only with IP
