Unable to Create a Case with Ubisoft Support, Missing Season Pass Content | Forums

Hello,

I'm messaging because I had purchased the Collector's Edition of For Honor and I am missing content.

Specifically, I am missing all 3 of the battle skins (kabuki, seasnake, crusader), the 30 day Champion Status, 3 bonus scavenger crates.

But whats weird is that Im also am a Twitch Prime member, so I did receive those 2 emblems and the 10 day Champion Status, but not the 30 days from the season pass..


Anyways...

I tried following Ubi's directions here https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/faqs/000026344 to open a case for them to look into it. BUT I CAN'T EVEN SUBMIT IT. I keep getting an error saying please try again and it does not work. I've been trying for days and at different hours throughout the days.


Anyone get any luck with this yet? Any forum moderators want to shed some light on this situation please?>

Chances are you are probably missing your deluxe edition items, too. Double check on that.

Ive been trying to contact them for days on end to no luck. Been 2 weeks now and still nothing has changed i feel like ive been robbed of my money.

Hey Krys P Bacon, could you check to see if the content showing up in your game? If not, does this link allow you to submit a ticket?

I checked and I still do not have that content and the link you provided gives me the same error, and I've again tried using several different browsers and even different computers

Chances are you are probably missing your deluxe edition items, too. Double check on that.

hmm I thought I double checked that I had everything else, but just in case, what exactly is in the deluxe edition?
