I'm messaging because I had purchased the Collector's Edition of For Honor and I am missing content.
Specifically, I am missing all 3 of the battle skins (kabuki, seasnake, crusader), the 30 day Champion Status, 3 bonus scavenger crates.
But whats weird is that Im also am a Twitch Prime member, so I did receive those 2 emblems and the 10 day Champion Status, but not the 30 days from the season pass..
Anyways...
I tried following Ubi's directions here https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/faqs/000026344 to open a case for them to look into it. BUT I CAN'T EVEN SUBMIT IT. I keep getting an error saying please try again and it does not work. I've been trying for days and at different hours throughout the days.
Anyone get any luck with this yet? Any forum moderators want to shed some light on this situation please?>
Hey man, having the exact same problem too (also pre ordered collectors edition(SO F*UCING COOL RIGHT ?!?1)) i got no champion status, legacy pack content or crates. but i did manage to create a case with ubisoft....three days ago -_-. i gave them proof of purchase and everything the fact that multiple people are having this issue and can provide proof and ubi is still taking forever to even respond let alone fix it is dumb as hell.
BTW the way i created a case was a i started a chat with a agent and it made one automatically hope it helps and pray we all get the stuff we deserve
When you go here (https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/Cases/Channel) does it say "You are trying to create a case in a different locale than the one corresponding to your IP location. Do you wish to change the locale to the proper one?" for you? If it does, click "YES" then you should be able to send your case, at least that worked for me. If it doesn't help you, sorry.

Hey Krys P Bacon, could you check to see if the content showing up in your game? If not, does this link allow you to submit a ticket?
