Best quick fix to dominion health. Period.

Decrease capture time and increase points gained by "boosting"

    Boom.

D'ya know what you just did?

You just added emphasis on the most important aspect of competitive game.

    Resource management.

Feel free to respond with the negatives of this change. I'm genuinely curious. I got chicken waiting for me so I'll just add the pros

    - Increased emphasis on a having players distribute evenly across the playing field. If they decide to spend 5 minutes pawing at a conquerors shield. They can do that. Oops we're 400 points up because you left your "lane"

Actually I have to go now but the effects are wide and profound.

I agree with this. It could punish the trash teams that just zerg around the map 4v1/4v2ing people. The gamemode is "dominion", but people play it like elimination with little side objectives.

Well, you know, there is a passive for warden and conqueror, that does exactly what you are asking for. Its called "Conqueror" and reduces the time to capture an objective and as long as your hero stays in a captured objective, the objective gives double points.
You probably dont know about this because you only play assineclass.... Like 90% of the dominion zergs.

Points already rack up fast enough when boosting two zones. There's no need to change it.

Yeah the feats you unlock aren't enough. Not only is it not enough of a boost, people will just focus those they know have the feat.

Or not! If the rates don't change for every champion it still doesn't matter because you're not going to roll with a whole team of wardens and sausage wavers and they will continue the zerg.

Assinine and class are two words.

    @ Felis

It really isn't though, I've watched and experienced entire games play out with the other team zerging between two points because they couldn't be bothered to go for the far point.

So fights end up like this. 4 enemies v1/2/3 friendlies between point A and B and the final friendly who thinks he's going to grab their attention is on C. After they claim A and B and wipe the team they just rotate to C and kill that unfortunate soul.

    Thanks for the responses.
