I can not get into a group with my brother in For Honor.
We both have OPEN Green NAT's we have both opened our routers ports and have no antivirus. We have the same ISP and live in the same neighborhood. When we try to invite each other to a group it says that it didn't work and to try again later. If we have a friend invite one of us to a group where the other is already in the group it instantly kicks one of us.
The game simply will not allow us into the same group together. What do we need to do so I can play with together? I will bump this thread daily until I get a response from support.
No we are not living together we live in the same apartment complex. We each have our own routers
Are you guys on the same network? Port forwarding as I understand it will only work for one machine at a time on the same network. Since the game is P2P and requires this it can't be played together by anyone who lives together, or shares a network.
If you're not on the same network I'm really not sure, but I would bet a large amount of money P2P is still the problem. Maybe if Ubisoft wasn't using a prehistoric netcode and just got some dedicated servers like a normal company things would be different. But they won't and I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for them to reply or show any interest in your problem. They have your money and they just don't care anymore. Sorry.
