Seriously. Also, revenge sets up knock-downs and free follow-ups that can be utterly devastating.
This guy wasn't even gear score 108 - which is where this becomes even worse. On the highest tier gear where you get 100% on the primary stat and 75% on the secondary. WHY!? You aren't making hard choices or becoming that unique snowflake at that point. What am I giving up? Throwing Distance, Debuff Resistance and Feat Cooldown. In it's current state, that isn't even a hard choice. I'll generate revenge across the board and just smash everyone.
Make revenge pop maybe 1/3rd as often as it does now and then if you feel it isn't the right balance, tweak from there. Too much revenge ruins the game. Too little still means the root experience is still preserved and that it is just about finding that magic sweet spot.
Also, remove generating revenge from being Grabbed. That should only come from damage and defense.
In your video it didn't seem like you were having a hard time dealing with him, even with his full revenge gear setup.
One hit revenge is definitely a bug though, as my full revenge gear peacekeeper takes about three or four blocks / hits to get to revenge.
I don't think Revenge should be nerfed, I think in this case you've experienced a bug that allows him to revenge that fast.
Edit: After watching the video in OP repeatedly, it's hard to make out (why can't I view this in full screen?) but it looks like he is blocking some of those hits, which would make him getting revenge normal if he was fully geared with a revenge kit.

I'm really surprised to see anyone defending this... I think Revenge is a wonderful mechanic, but it needs to be earned, not given freely because a second attacker came up and hit you ONCE.
In previous builds of the game, you needed to mount a successful defense to EARN Revenge. This felt very balanced because it gave you a way to even the playing field for a short time.
As it stands now, you are punished for trying to help a teammate... yes, I said help... it is a team game after all and meant to be played as such. Revenge is a powerful tool that should be earned.. not given freely every 4 seconds to someone just because they are outnumbered.
Currently, it is feels terrible when an ally comes to assist you as they instantly give your enemy a way to kill you if you were winning the 1v1. Hating your team for helping you doesnt bode well for the longevity of the game imo.
After watching the vid a few times you can clearly see that you guys got at lease 4 hits on the guy before he had revenge that is definitely not "one hit then revenge" if i was being ganged up on by two players i would also want my revenge to pop so i at least had a chance and what the hell are you complaining for you still ganked the guy did you not?
