Boy, I love when these assassin characters spin around your with this very fast spin attack that even if you block, they can just move out of the way and do over and over. I was playing Warden against an Orochi, and I blocked all these spin attacks, but when I went for a LIGHT attack, they simply dodged away and spun around me whilst I tried to hit them. Even with perfect timing, I failed to land a strike because my light attack was apparently not fast enough. Of course, I'd go for a Guardbreak except that when they're in the middle of an attack, it doesn't work. Seriously someone try to explain how it's not OP.
Can someone who is capable of an argument actually reply, and not someone like this?Originally Posted by LKHERO Go to original post
orochi is far from op, warden is.
this video might give you some insights into how to play against orochi:
the side step attack you are complaining about can EASILY be punished by parrying for example. its good against bad players and VERY weak against good players. orochi really does not have many tools against people who know how to play. warden for example has his vortex. read a guide on ur class, watch the video i posted and ****ing learn to play before you claim some characters are OP when you yourself are playing the most OP class. no one decent at this game will disagree on warden being at least top3, if not top1.
Sorry, it just sounds like you have bad timing. Against an Orochi, you should be going for the guard break after you block his first attack.Originally Posted by Glaba24 Go to original post
An Orochi isn't going to spin around pointlessly, unless he's doing that as a reaction to you going in blindly. Bait the Orochi, force him to make the first move, and block his first attack. That's all there really is to it.
Your light attack "not being fast enough" is untrue, as the warden's top attack is proven to be faster than the Orochi's light attacks - which means you arent using your Warden to its strengths.
Please, ask for advice instead of going "orochi is OP" because you haven't mastered your class.
