The emotes are fine they don't have b.s "teabagging " as they said . So it's just taunting you and not getting into territory of that level. Some of them look like dances. I hate it when you say good fight and nobody wants to say it back unless they beat you even when it was extremely close.

There is not problem if people spam the emote.
The emotes are made to taunt your enemy with anyways and doesnt annoy you unless you are being sore about losing.

But i admit it is annoying if they use effects to it and then spam.
The sunlight effect with its sound effect doesnt go well when spammed

I agree it is annoying and childish. I won't complain if they change the animation to be full when you press the button without ability to stop.

But like teabagging etc. it's part of gaming culture peeps wanting to show their e-peens and such.
They are hardly the people I face in 1 vs 1 duels though. It's mostly the spamkids in 4vs4 modes

But yeah I support the idea to remove it. The fact you need to cancel cause of incoming... well don't show off if you're not safe.

Emote spamming is the best part of beating someone, it is the keystone that holds all competitive gaming together and especially so in games where you swing point metal things at each other.
