Just to make it perfectly clear: he DOES NOT parry me, but do the simple shield-block of my attack, and if he succeed at timing (it's not that hard, he did that every single time, only failed once or twice for couple of matches) he will take me into a free guard-break. What a hell, Ubi? Sometimes i feel like vikings is the only ones who is actually developed well (atleast, the berserker)

the conqueror is designed to break even heavy attack chains with his normal blocks. that is why you have to use unblockable attacks against him, guard breaks, feinting and so on. simply attacking him will most of the time not work. that is also my problem with this class. specially when they are really good in counter guard break. then you have to use other tactivcs against them.
best thing wait till they get unpatient and then parry his attacks. then you get a free guard break against him and you can attack.
besides when he just blocks he also get his revenge meter up really fast

Currently if your opponent blocks a light attack from these two characters, they can combo into a free Guard Break. You will no longer be able to get a free guardbreak following a blocked light attack.
