So let quickly recite my experience with the game (that would include Closed and Open Betas).
When i played Closed Beta, i had tones of fun (big surprise, yeah). I dominated every opponent in a duel. In domination I was just chilling and receiving a new gear (what a huge mistake that was, i will explain what i mean below). Simply put i enjoyed spending time in For Honor. I did not even care that you designed samurai to be the best and easiest in this game. No, I didn't.
Open Beta didn't offer anything new to me (not a complain, just a fact).
So, the game came out. And my first was: my hero is completely unresponsive to controls. Every duel turns into a show of how I move a mouse in a direction of attack only to be hit by an attack and later observe how my hero stoicly and defiantly directs his block towards the direction of the attack that reached my hero a few seconds ago. Domination and Deathmatch are unplayable due to the fact that there are people with no life who just endessly grind better gear. There is no way a miracle can happen and i would beat a guy who plays a hero with a 2+ prestige level.
Think about new players, Ubisoft. They won't be able to play this game especially if they were not able or present to buy it at release date. They should not buy For Honor. They have no reason to experience this exclusive humiliation grinding players will give them (so basically you don't really reward those people who play your game constantly, you punish those who don't). Even Call of duty devs dealt with the problem simply by not involving the grind and giving you another weapon to try out after you reach certain level. This game should not have become grind-dependant. But apparently you decided to launch another Ghost Recon Phantoms, but in medieval wrapping. Speaking of Ghost Recon Phantoms players they have no reason to play this game as well since they might just fall behind in terms of gear.
I should also mention that lag issue is obvious. Whoever gets the best connection will play better. These players can even teleport across the map to immidiately grab and spam to death, playfully toy saying something like "U mad Brah!?". Also I'm curious why would you favor the samurai in general? I've been skimming through forums and many people have issues playing against Orochi (your favorite class i presume?), some can't play against Orochi at all. Not to mention that Shugoki is literally the best right now due to the fact that this particular hero can not be staggered with first attack and also has instakill ability.
Finally, is there a possibility of a refund? Simply uninstalling the game won't suffice. This game is not what it seemed at closed beta.

I can't understand all this connectivity issues.I have barely 10Mbs and never lag,on duels or 4v4.Regarding the gear,if you play Dominion or dm,you get those with high level gear,deal with it.Since I hate grinding I stick to brawl and duels,if someone has a lot of prestige on one hero...he simply deserves to win for all his playtime and effort.Would you pretend to win if you do a race of any kind against those way more experienced than you?
