Yeah numbers are there but getting a game is another thing all together.
Ive been having to play Multiplayer vs AI with AI teammates prestiging 3 Viking characters simply because, while the numbers are high those numbers are worldwide and this game continent locks you meaning I as an Australian player get next to no match making so out of that 93k players online id be lucky to run into 1% for the simple reason no 1 is bothering to buy this game while the P2p network connections exist.
you're also forgetting that you are only sampling within that hour. There could be 50,000 in one hour and another 50,000 in hour 2, and so on. multiple that by a 24 hour day and you get roughly 1.2 million players on a single platform. and if you look at the steam stats, its listed as number 8 in the top 10 most played games. So it's a healthy. So don't be over dramatic
Ye people like to dramatize so much, sure there are some problems but they are getting in to alreadyOriginally Posted by massive02 Go to original post

More then half of the players bought it on Uplay... gosh
It's holding it's own so far on Twitch. It's never dropped below sixth position and is consistently in the top 4 most-viewed games. This is important because highly viewed games have great marketing potential.
Yep it's early days. I suspect this first month is crucial. It will determine whether this gsme truly has Esport potential or if it is just another title.
