Issues on XBOX with redeeming pre-order bonuses | Forums

I don't know if this is the proper place to put this but many players on xbox one (including myself) are having trouble redeeming our pre-order bonuses. I've tried reinstalling, i've emails customer support and nothing is working. PLS help or refund the extra 50 I spent on the gold addition.
