currently the game is almost unplayable in the middle east, 80% of the games i queue i am hosting and every other player has a red bar except other players from the middle east, and most of the players with red bars are from asia which is usually a bad ping between us (280+) and it is hard to play against them because they are skipping around and attack super fast even when im hosting with a green bar, why are we not queuing into other middle eastern players or EU players which i usually get 100~ ping in other games,
the game is all about multiplayer and when its unplayable like that makes me feel robbed and i doubt ever buying a game for multiplayer from ubi again.

6 days my case with same problem opened in support (ubisoft p2p thinks i should play with chinese region - all red ping/lags). I talked with live chat, give them all information, do all connection issue fixes, nothing. 6 days they silent, so i think they not give a single **** about people with broken region seach.

Play with friend who not have any connection region search issues. Only this solution for our problem. I not want to always wait friend for playing, i want to play solo like any normal user, so i give up.

the fix is very easy for ubi, just remove the middle east from asia and add it to EU it makes alot of sense when you look at the ping difference
and there's also no quit option in the lobby to find a different match,
ubi is gonna have a bad rep and a mass refund on their hands if they don't fix this asap

im having same issue turki, im from bahrain, all i get matched with are east asians as well, my nat is green using fiber internet on the pc. only real way around it is vpn but i wasnt succesful so far in getting decent eu connection. i dont think ubisoft will do much for match making.

just my 3rd dominion DC no hope in finishing quests tonight

i hope ubisoft proves me wrong and does something though love the game hate the laggy matchmaker

its hard to get a proxy working on ps4 unlike pc, even then it still lags all i do now is play vs AI and its boring even the champion status is wasted trying to find a decent game

No reason to bumb. As i said before they not care about us. But if someone create topic about "BUYING STEEL PROBLEM" they immediately answer. Ubisoft most money hunger company that i ever seen. My case opened un support until game was released, my forum community theme opened 6 days too.

even if they still don't want to acknowledge the issue its still in our rights to ask for it, we paid 60$ for a game that half of it is broken not including the people who paid extra for deluxe and etc, to find out that the multiplayer is laggy and unplayable

Same thing here in South Africa. Ubi never gave a reason and stopped responding to my queries. Seems like half the world can't play this game because of matchmaking rules, and unless you live in the EU or North America, you're screwed. This was not an issue with the closed beta.
