~orochi. Most of his attacks are uppers. which makes predicting him easier than most. He's only got 1 initiating move which is super punishable.
I don't see why you want to remove his ability to get a heavy off of a GB. Pretty sure everyone can. Not everyone can get a top heavy. but those heros usually have more going for them.
his only 2 fast attacks are his upper lights and his zone. both of which are predictable enough to block.

~Kensei literally has no way to open people up. if you're being beaten by simple spam that's really a L2P issue.

~Nobushi is plenty balanced. You can dodge her unblockable kick and normal one easily. her hidden stance (which is needed in higher level play) takes a ton of stamina. Also if you get in her face she's screwed. her throw distance is also very. very awful.

~Zerker? really? ok. his ability to combo till out of stamina doesn't mean much when you can stop them super easily. Oh. and other heros have combos you can do till you exhaust your stamina. Zerker if anything requires the most amount of effort in the game to get anywhere when you fight a decent player.

Warden is basically the god in this game. mainly because of her vortex but still. And warlord is easily second. Both characters have far more mix up potential then the rest of the heros. both have attacks that are almost unrealistic to deal with. Both have absurd defensive abilities. PK is the only assassin that is even worth mentioning in top tier play. and even then she's currently bugged and gets shut down by a good amount of people. Raider, valk, maaaaaybe lawbringer are the heros who need help.

The only heros i'd say absolutely need nerfing is warden and warlord. Perhaps shugoki as well. but too early to tell. Warden just needs a removal of vortex. and warlord's headbutt needs another nerf. every hero can be tweaked to be improved. but no one is stupidly OP. Even the warden isn't when you don't use the vortex.
I pretty much agree with him. The balance of the game is actually alot better than most people give it credit for. You have to play against every class differently and I think that's where they really found success.

A lot of people are complaining about the valk being underpowered but I regularly lose to valk players. This is not to say that she is op but I'm just personally not good at playing against them whereas I can usually beat orochis and nobushis with not a lot of problems.

That being said the most frustrating character to play against is the warlord for me. His defense is extremely solid. The only way to build a combo is to use heavies which are easily parried and it seems like wardens do a lot of damage.
