I prefer Peacekeeper myself. The aesthetic and the combat style are appealing, in spite of how fanciful she is. We can see how she fares without her bleed attack.Originally Posted by WistyAro Go to original post
The criticisms of the Nobushi aren't so much direct at her bleed attack as they are towards her relative lack of drawbacks. She has extreme speed, she has reach, she has damage, she has bleed. The only two relatively minor drawbacks are her short dash/roll distance and her lower HP compared to sturdier characters.
I've suggested either removing bleed, or reducing speed on her to bring her in line. Let's face it, a Naginata is not the most balanced of weapons. It's going to be relatively unwieldy and slower compared to a sword or dagger.
Orochi OP? I think as a Warlord main, nothing feels OP because Warlords are the real MVP's lol. Their dash becomes near impossible to get off as it's incredibly predictable and easy to parry which leaves them with a lot of high attacks. Decent guard break + heavy or double light attack but eh.
A newer player vsing even a mediocre orochi probably feels like they are gods- dashing in and out, quick attacks and high damage however once the game slows down and it becomes a guard and parry exchange fest, I don't think they are all that great.
I know your name. You just got your **** pushed in recently in another thread by someone else and I think it actually covered this exact topic! You were left looking like an idiot.Originally Posted by G0BackT0G0 Go to original post

I disagree with the Nobushi comment. With most classes having some type of gap closer that still hits even if hit, you can get in close and deal damage. Nobushi can only block as attacks don't stop the dives. With her low hp shes suppose to be a long range class that heavily relies on keeping distance, but with all the gap closers its almost pointless.
Her attacks into Full stance transition is also extremely slow, so she has to decide between attacking or guarding as you can't do it smoothly on incoming attacks to retaliate safely.
I would argue that the Orochi and Nobushi are actually pretty balanced.
Orochi is annoying but you know his attacks are going to come from the same side of his dodge. So you can parry those easily and punish. This removes a huge portion of his harass and even if he gets off a hit his attack speed isn't as fast as the peacekeeper so its easy to block a second hit. His counter is parrying in my opinion.
Congratulations? Have you anything else to add or would you like to announce when you've had a BM?Originally Posted by Bob__Gnarly Go to original post
From a completely aesthetic standpoint I don't like the wardens free double light attacks.
It doesn't make sense that he can swing a sword that looks that heavy down and then back up that quickly.
I'm fine with the damage it does but it just looks weird.
I also think none of the classes should have bleed damage, it just seems kind of arbitrary.
Any damage done should be done up front just like everyone else, what is the point of having bleed damage?
