Not getting rewarded for being offensive. Everyone just sits there and waits for you to attack. Now you might call me stupid for always attacking first, but it's just my playstyle that's what I find fun and wins don't matter to me that much, but holy **** I can't believe there are gamers that will honestly just sit there and turtle for the whole game. Defense is just so damn important in this game it's just literally all about waiting for the person to attack just so you can punish them for it. I'm getting to a point where I'm just finding queuing for a game stressful and boring due to the people you play against.

There is worse than turtles. And honestly, with this super broken guardbreak, turtles are easy targets.
And i can say this since i play a character based and designed to turtle. Guardbreaks are so random, i only can counter 1/10 and whenever i try to use it, i end up in a guardbreak myself. Defense is more important than attack. The whole game i designed about defending yourself. Thats why attacks cost so much stamina while blocks are free. Thats why you can parry an attack and drain their stamina fast. Most of the time, if you use guardbreak, the defending player has no chance. And if their positioning is really bad, you can kill them fast with no fuss.
I think your mainproblem is to think this is a super simple hack and slay. I know its fun to attack and do damage tho. But if you cant do damage, you need to find a way to do damage. Its pretty simple.
There are things worse like the shugoki backbreaker. i know you can parry it too but i observed shugokis and guess what: they only grab and break those who dont focus them. grabbing you while you cant do anything against, picking you up for all his teammates to hit you for a long period of time. And of course, doing at least half you life as damage. this is something that has to be rethinked, not the blocking.
