error code 3--2147221502 on University Wifi

    Hi,

For Honor does not work with any of my university's wifi networks(one of which has a NAT Type 1 in the PS4 connection test), and I can only get it to get past this error by switching to my phone's hotspot(This is not a permanent fix as I have very limited data, but I did it to make sure that changing networks would solve the problem).

Between the port forwarding and DMZ recommendations I am absolutely sure that my school will never consider any method that would let me place this game, as you are recommending that I ask them to create security issues in their network. Is there any chance the For Honor will migrate to ports that won't causes issues for all of us who live in these kind of environments or maybe get dedicated servers at some point? I realize that we're a small part of the community but it is incredibly frustrating that I have no issues playing games like Destiny, BF1, CoD, Rainbow Six Siege etc, but cannot get onto this game.

Vladberries - The connectivity troubleshooting suggestions we recommend are to address connectivity issues on networks where the player has some influence and / or control over their network environment. In the scenario you have described, i.e. university halls or campus spaces, the network is not only broad-reaching (i.e. many people connecting to it, as it is a larger network) but also out of your hands. It is hard for us to make recommendations of how to fix any connectivity issues on such a network as it is beyond your control It is also worth noting that such connections are very different in their structure and organisation, so my best advice would be to seek the assistance of your network administrator if wishing to improve your connectivity on-site.

Jeloia - This is a quick reminder that spam links / advertisements are not permitted on our forums, so I have edited your post to remove that aspect of it. Additionally, please refrain from reviving older threads if you can help it.
