Literally every peacekeeper or berserker in the game spam left click. Because this game is so terrible you cant actually block any of the spam if youre hit by the first hit. If I dodge backwards then they might stop, but then if I go in to attack them or do anything because they are so quick with their light attacks they beat me to the punch and I can't actually do anything. GBs don't work because they're constantly attacking, parrying doesn't work due to the game being so terrible that a lot of the time when you block in a direction during an incoming attack it doesn't actually count so therefore no parrying, they're both quick enough to be able to escape if they run out of stamina. PK and berseker are freelo.

Both PK and Zerker are also short-ranged, so generally speaking you should try keeping them at bay. If they're not in your face they can't interrupt you with their light spam.
Obviously you cannot keep them away all the time, so when they do get in your face make distance ASAP. As you say you can try blocking but for fast attackers (PK in particular) blocking does not guarantee you will interrupt their spam.
Both PK and Zerker's engages are top attacks, so when at range keep your guard at top or be prepared to block/parry top when they jump. They're also likely to just dash in, again keep your eyes peeled and either make distance when they do so or attack just as they dash.

biggest problem i've seen with this so far is the broken zone-attack indicator ...
this is also more true for the peacekeeper as the berserker is easier to block as he is a bit slower on his initial attacks.
i've seen quite a few peacekeepers who do this, they start with some lights and then mix in zone-attacks which are ridiculously fast AND show a wrong indicator and you cant reacto to both in time.
if you feel that you have problems JUST blocking normal light attacks (not the zoneattack cheesse) then go against a level 3 berserker or nobushi bot ... they are quite nice to train blocking with.
