    Error Code CE-34878-0

Have this issue everytime I play the game, had no issues with the Open Beta, but I've now played this game maybe an hour since I bought it on launch day due to the fact I get booted every 5 minutes. I've rebuilt the PS4 Database and I've opened up the ports. Can anyone actually help? Or am I down £55 now?

    Same issue...

EVERY time i start up the game I have about 60 sec. before game-crash with this errorcode. I've spend the last two day trying to resolve this issue - looking through forums for solutions and speaking with UBISOFT-support.

I will list everything that i have tried:

    Restart the router.

Delete, download and re-install the game 7 times (at least).

    Rebuild my PS4 database.

Delete my UBISOFT-account and make a new one.

Forward all For Honor and PSN ports manually to my router.

    Manually setting my MTU.

    Make my PS4's IP static

Make my PS4's IP DMZ host

Nothing of the above worked even the slightest even though it was all advices from either people who claimed it worked for them or UBISOFT tech-support.

I'm on a standard PS4 with 100/100 mbit internet. I'm on NAT-type 2 (and don't want to have to change to NAT-1 as it's unsafe). Besides, I have friends who are able to play with NAT-type 2 so it shouldent be the problem.

Here is a copy of my chat with UBISOFT-support:

"Duncan S (17/2/2017 11.59.12): Thank you for contacting Ubisoft Live Support. Please give me a moment to review your case. In the meantime, feel free to add any additional information that may pertain to your issue, and I will be with you shortly.

Me (17/2/2017 12.00.52): I've already tried everything suggested by your supportstaff here:*https://support.ubi.com/da-DK/Faqs/0...fallback=en_GB

Duncan S (17/2/2017 12.01.19): Thank you for your patience. To be accurate, For Honor crashes on launch. Is this correct?

Me (17/2/2017 12.01.37): yes, before even reaching menu's

Me (17/2/2017 12.02.00): have the digital gold version

Duncan S (17/2/2017 12.03.33): Do you get an error message?

    Me (17/2/2017 12.04.00): yes - CE-34878-0

    Me (17/2/2017 12.04.44): tried these suggestions:*http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...34878-0-error*

Me (17/2/2017 12.04.49): but no luck

Duncan S (17/2/2017 12.07.30): Give me a moment while I view your forwarded ports.

    Me (17/2/2017 12.08.31): Of course

Duncan S (17/2/2017 12.13.28): The ports are forwarded correctly. You may need to change your PS4's MTU settings as these can create connection issues aswell. I have sent you an email with the instructions for doing so.

Me (17/2/2017 12.15.10): ty - the MTU settings are the only ones i've not changed. I already set up a static IP, as suggested here:*https://support.ubi.com/en-US/faqs/0...ddress-for-PS4

Me (17/2/2017 12.16.12): i got the mail - can you hold on for a sec, while i try this?

    Duncan S (17/2/2017 12.17.59): Sure thing

    Me (17/2/2017 12.18.40): MTU was 1500 - changed it to 1473

Me (17/2/2017 12.19.17): nope - it still crashes

    Me (17/2/2017 12.19.41): should i try 1450 too?

Duncan S (17/2/2017 12.20.18): Yes, please do so if it doesn't fix it I can keep record of what was tried.

    Me (17/2/2017 12.20.38): will do

Me (17/2/2017 12.23.19): nope. 1450 did not work either

Duncan S (17/2/2017 12.24.11): Alright then. Did you reinstall the game?

    Me (17/2/2017 12.24.30): yes, twice

Me (17/2/2017 12.24.44): do i need to do it again after changing MTU?

Duncan S (17/2/2017 12.25.20): No, you wouldn't need to reinstall for MTU to take effect but you might need to restart the PS4.

    Me (17/2/2017 12.25.39): will do

Me (17/2/2017 12.28.55): still crashes after restart

Me (17/2/2017 12.31.09): giving 1473 one more try with restart

Me (17/2/2017 12.32.39): nope. it still crashes

Duncan S (17/2/2017 12.36.13): So for my report. You have restarted, reinstalled, forwarded ports, changed mtu values twice and restarted after each time. Am I missing
    anything?

Me (17/2/2017 12.36.39): If i dont press X on the startscreen i can actually watch the entire game-intro, and the loop will continue without any crash. As soon as i press X and begin "connecting to servers" I have about 60 sec before the game crashes. Seems like a problem with the communication between Ubisoft-account-servers and PSN

Me (17/2/2017 12.37.21): some people even managed to fix this by creating a new Ubisoft account, altought it did not work for me.

    Me (17/2/2017 12.38.13): Also rebuild ps4 database

Me (17/2/2017 12.43.12): please note that im having no trouble at all with any other online application

Duncan S (17/2/2017 12.43.23): I have now sent an email with all of this information to the game leads so they can get back to us with a solution for you. This seems to be a known issue that is being worked on by the dev team but your information will help them determine the issue.

Me (17/2/2017 12.47.21): ty. I really hope that they see the urgency of the matter - people are already talking about refunds. Ty for trying. Have a nice day"

As you can see, even though he actually tried, there is no help to get at UBISOFT ATM. If the DEV's decide to work more towards selling "Steel-currency" than this issue, then it will most likely never get fixed.
It's also worth to note that this have been a known problem for players since the open beta?! -meaning they had more than enough time to fix this already.. -and they still decided to launch the game, even if they knew that a big part of players would not be able to play it!

If anyone have any suggestions I have not tried already I would really welcome them at this point. I'm giving UBISOFT another couple of days to solve this issue or I will file for a refund as this product surely can be classefied as "faulty".

Best of luck to everyone facing this dissapointment - and may the DEV's be with you..

It's the worst! -even bought the "Gold Edition" - already knew that i was gonna love this game from talking to friends.

Really don't understand how they can release a product with this issue after 1 alpha and 2 beta's that had the same problem?! Stockholders with no knowledge of games at all have to much power in the gamingworld these days..

    It Works!!

    Finally!!

I can hardly belive it, but its actually working!!

All i did was disable the UPnP in my router settings?! -i really don't understand why this would prevent the game from playing, but it did in my case.

I have been playing for over an hour now with no crashes at all (playing multiplayermatches as i write this).

Please try this and tell me if it works for you guys too?

Thanks for reporting that this worked for you! Is anyone else able to try disabling UPnP?
