Must completely close antivirus to launch game

FOREWORD: I am aware that "Disabe Anti-Virus software" and adding exceptions is listed in the "[PC] Launching/Starting Issues" stickied thread, but "disabling" it doesn't work.

If I launch the game, after the loading splash image appears the "forhonor.exe" will ALWAYS stop at about 130-132 K memory usage and eventually the splash thing disappears and nothing more will happen from that point onward. However, if I completely close (not just disable, the .exe process for it can not be running) my Trend Micro Maximum Security antivirus software, the game will launch just fine. I can then re-open the program once the game window fully opens and there are zero issues after that - it only affects the launch process.
    Windows 7, 64 bit.

    Here are some details:
    • Tried disabling the program's protection entirely (the process was still technically open/running), which I would imagine encompasses everything below altogether
    • Windows Firewall booster is already disabled
    • Tried lowering any security settings that I reckon could even be applicable
    • Added every .exe I can think of to the Exception list (and set most if not all of it to run in Admin mode):
    • eac.exe
    • forhonor.exe
    • splashscreen.exe
    • EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe
(NOTE: the following was just a "why not try it" because all other Ubisoft games I've played, including the currently fully functioning Rainbow Six Siege, work fine)
    • UbisoftGameLauncher.exe
    • UbisoftGameLauncher64.exe
    • Uninstall.exe
    • upc.exe
    • Uplay.exe
    • UplayCrashReporter.exe
    • UplayCreateGameInstall.exe
    • UplayServices.exe
    • UplayWebCore.exe
    Also, of note:
    • Completely unaffected by whether or not my recording software is open/closed
    • Completely unaffected by whether or not my Xbox 360 controller, microphone, or external hard drive are plugged in

Furthermore, the program itself shows NOTHING in its security history/logs or blocked programs/websites lists or anything, and doesn't display anything during game launch.

PS) [MAJOR FORUM ISSUE] Whenever I'm logged into the forums (Google Chrome), I get this issue when trying to post/reply to anything (both Quick/Advanced Reply, too):
    Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

Sometimes I'll then be completely unable to even VIEW the forums whatsoever and have to open them in an Incognito tab where I'm not logged in and hope I can find solutions through searching alone. This happened after my last post about my Mirillis Action! video recording software not detecting the game in open beta when it had worked in closed beta and earlier alpha (this has been rectified in the full launch - it works fine now) and I couldn't post a reply to that thread with a status update/bump I wanted to include (before the fix at full release). Eventually I was logged out of the forums automatically as I was able to log in again today.

Therefore I may not be able to reply or even bump this thread.

Rainbow Six Siege doesn't use EAC. I recommend reinstalling EAC from the game's folder. You can also check out EAC's guide for anti-virus compatibility.
