Let's have a serious chat about the vendor restocks...
For weeks now, we've seen nothing but shotgun and pistol BPs. Given the sheer quantity of different weapons in this game, and the hundreds of possible talent combinations on them, it could literally take thousand of hours of play just to get a single "perfect" weapon you want. For a more casual player, this is almost unobtainable.
If the BPs each week must continue to be random, my suggestion is to up the weekly BPs from just 2, to at least 5, if not 7.
Thoughts?
To further muddy the waters, it's never been apparent that all weapons currently in the game have their own blueprint, or in fact whether those blueprints are available in the rotation pool for selection. It's possible that the reason we haven't seen desired AR blueprints is because they don't exist, or perhaps have been removed because the Devs consider them too strong.
Assuming it is entirely RNG, the likelihood of the BPs we've been seeing (and not seeing) is possible but statistically unlikely.
since massive made crafting useless i don't mind wht BP they sell
but i can understand ur frustration only getting shotties and handguns
(only use pistols in UG for the extinguishers)
on the other hand i have something else to play (23rdif u know wht i mean)
so i can care less wht TD releases, have a nice day

Maybe, though if that's the case, they should add BPs for the more popular weapons.Originally Posted by RavenMcB73 Go to original post
I can't speak for everyone, but the fact that I'm stuck with a sub par version of a weapon, while someone who spends hours playing every day has obtained the perfect version of it, is part of what turns me off about the DZ play in this game. It's part of why I consider the PVP unbalanced as well...
Agreed. Part of the draw of games like this are to hang the carrot on the end of a stick to keep us playing. Sadly too often the carrot is garbage (when was the last time you kept an item you found?) and if you had the blue-print you needed then you could just craft that item and suddenly there is no more carrot on a stick.
