Greetings to all!
Since the last update, the game is unplayable. I have checked the reviews on Google Play and it seems I am not the only one with the same problem. More people have the same issues while trying to connect from the smartphone app into the game.
I`m checking daily if the problem has been fixed but nothing yet. I have bought new songs so I am pretty eager to play them.
Please try to fix it soon! Thank you in advance!

I had the same problem, but someone posted video on YouTube and with this problem and solution was to change phone language to English (United States). Now it's working for me.

I've been trying to fix this through customer support, but I only got one general suggestion before they just said to look at forums to find the solution myself. Thanks!
My phone which is currently running Android o.s. 7.0, also had issues with connecting to the main screen for the last month and a half.
You can enter a room on both the mobile and main screen but the controller and main seem independent.
Futhermore when you hit start on either device, songs do not begin.
I have tried different locations and hi speed internet connections to no effect.

[B]When i started the version 2.0.4 just dance now app and i started to join the dance room,My phone showed a "YOU HAVE JOINED A DANCE ROOM" sign but in the website it started to turn into the loading sign with the black background. But I waited for 5 minutes but the loading sign wont disappear and it kept on loading.
Then i restarted the website and clicked the "TRY IT FOR FREE" button before i joined the dance room number on my phone. The Dance room loaded up, but when i joined the dance room on my phone it said "YOU HAVE JOINED THE DANCE ROOM" sign but in the website it still kept on saying "CONNECT YOUR SMARTPHONE TO PLAY" then i clicked a song and it started and the video played too, but my player wont show up on the screen and when i i clicked the settings and it still said "NO PLAYERS CONNECTED".
WHAT IS THIS?
is this a bug?
Can you please share this to other people who experience this problem or maybe send this to Ubisoft?
I really want to play but this problem is in the way!!!!!
