OMG!! Y'all can sure complain about this game lol! Damn, its like these forums should really be renamed to "The Complainers Corner" Are some characters imbalanced in this game? Perhaps. Do some characters have an advantage over certain other characters? Yes. Will there ever be a fighting like game that will be totally balanced? NO. Will patches solve the issue? NO. So, everyone, stop *****ing and just deal with it. If you cant deal with it, then pick the character that is cheap when needed and do what you gotta do. Its that simple, because UBISFOT will start to notice that certain characters are NOT being played and that will force them to actually look at al of y'all complaining in these lil forums whereby a significant chage will happen. Until then, just dodge the situation.. "Oh, dodging is gonna cost me mad stamina" OH WELL!! That's what you gotta do then so be it. Jeez...smh

Then all the Warden has to do is dodge forward>shoulder bash and you're stuck in the same spot. There's no escaping the problem, just delaying the inevitable coin flip.
So you're setting yourself in a situation where you have almost no stamina and the enemy warden has it planty. Sounds pretty fair that you get punished if he was better at stamina management.

This is honestly one of the most moronic replies to a post I have seen in the For Honor forums, and that is saying quite a lot. You are effectively saying that although some heroes have abilities that shouldn't be in the game, you should just learn to live with it or play those heroes yourself? In a similar sense that's equivalent to saying that the Shugoki bugs shouldn't be patched and you should just have to deal with it or use those exploits yourself, and just hope for them to eventually patch him. Also, a single patch could easily fix these mechanics, so they CAN fix issues easily within the game. I will not be forced to play a hero that I don't want to play just so Ubisoft can see what heroes are not being played. If that is what is needed to fix this then what is the point of these forums at all? Do you want these forums to somehow be full of people constantly praising the games flaws, or actually offering constructive criticism towards the games development? I think you somehow desire the former, or you are just incredibly biased.

Also, as a side note, please refrain from using the contraction, “Y'all”, in a sentence. It's as asinine as your post.

(Unless, of course, that your post was meant to be sarcasm. In which case, don't use sarcasm over the internet, it rarely works).
First off, I was NOT trying to be "Sarcastic" secondly, utilizing "Y'all" applies in this case because I'm not the one complaining about the game...All of you are; ergo, the use of "Y'all" is validated..Nice try homie. Now, that is addressed. Look, there is no such thing as the perfect fighting game. There will always be some character out there that is just going to dominate in some form or fashion, be it over thee entire cast or just be a problem match up against a particular character/hero. That is a FACT; foolishly argue that if you so choose. Furthermore, as a competitive gamer over the yrs, I have personally dealt with and seen some crazy things in fighting games and quite frankly it will not go away. I'm sure the upcoming: Tekken 7 and Injustice 2 will have their share of ********. It's the nature of the beast bruh. In regards to this Warden situation, should any character be able to do a "vortex"? NO. But in the interim there is nothing that can be done about it aside from what Y'ALL are doing which is ***** about it. But you know what, say if and when UBISOFT grants you your wish and takes that away but then in turn gives another character something that will make him/her the NEW ******** character? Then what? Y'ALL will come back here and ***** some more...So it will be an endless cycle. I guess because you are caught up in this cycle you can't see it but I do. So, I just play the game, have fun, get my share of wins and move on. I suggest you do the same.

It's perfectly possible for Ubisoft to improve upon the game and make it more balanced without causing a negative impact on other heroes if they chose to do so, and nowhere did I say that I didn't enjoy the game, however the problem in question IS limiting my enjoyment. I was just offering my insight on a subject which I think could help improve the game, so I wasn't complaining, I was offering constructive criticism. On another note, when I was talking about your preference for contractions, I wasn't talking about their use, I was talking about how dumb they make you look, and you quite clearly continued to use them. It's “you are all” or "you're all", not “y'all”, as we are having a formal discussion over the internet, not an informal one in real life (and I honestly know no-one who actually uses that in a sentence who isn't making a joke). You can continue to reply if you want to, as you will just further my point, but you honestly have absolutely nothing to contribute at all so please don't waste your time (I suppose you enjoy making others waste their time, and if so, you've succeeded). I don't know why I'm responding to an internet troll who is most likely an adolescent (or an adult with the mindset of an adolescent) who doesn't realize how their actions make them look. I guess I'm trying to educate you? You sorely needed it, so you're welcome.
Wth?! Okay, first you criticize my post, my grammar and disrespecting me? Okay...Lets have at it shall we? Lets see...NOWHERE in my comment did I say ANYTHING about YOU enjoying or not enjoying the game idiot, what I said was a SUGGESTION. Next up is how "Asinine" my comments are. Okay, I injected FACTS here whereby I have said the following and try to follow this time as I mentioned it before but clearly it went over your head....I stated that there is NO PERFECT fighting game and as such there will ALWAYS be a character or characters that will either dominate the ENTIRE roster OR simply be a bad match up for a particualr character. Perhaps fighting games is NOT your thing as this would be an agreeable point here. Furthermore, another FACT I stated was when I played *Devils Advocate* by saying IF Ubisoft takes away this issue Y'ALL or to make you feel better YOU'RE ALL are talking about, but BUFFS another character whereby he or she becomes the new issue, you all will come back to these forums and complain about the NEW issue. Soooo, it is a perpetual issue that will NEVER go away no matter how many patches happens...So, with all of the facts I have laid out here along with my competitive experience, I fail to see just how my comments are "Asinine" All Im saying is that *****ing is not going to solve the issue, and if a character is giving you a hard time then either pick it yourself if WINNING is the objective because its not for some ppl...OR learn a secondary that can counter or atleast compete with that issue which in this case is the RAIDER from what Ive personally seen and I can share the vid with you if you wish. I've known MANY ppl in and out of the competitive scene who just wants to win with their character dspite it being a bad match up etc etc etc...I used to be one of those players back in the day. but now, im seeing, just pick what works if you want to truly win. Because in the end there are players who play just to play; and then you have players who play to WIN...Which one are you sir???

Light attacking after the wardens light attack counters the bash.
So does any of the side dodge+attack moves
Rolling also 100% counters the combo.

There you go atleast 3 ways of dealing with it.

IMO the most they should do is make it more stamina intensive.

Warlord had and STILL has more to work with before and after his move/tactic was removed. Oh ****, he's picking warden. How do I go back to the hero selection screen again? Oh... I can't? Well fml cause now I'm a lawbringer and playing a game of 50/50 hoping the warden has the response time of a guinea pig cause anything faster then that can alternate to a shoulder bash into a GB if they see me dodging to the side.

Your fault for playing the most underpowered class as of right now, tho. Ask for fixes for your class, not for nerfs for other ones.

You focused on the offhand occasion without addressing the crux of my argument. Even if the roll doesn't leave you exhausted, it still burns a lot more stamina than the Warden expends and they can very easily follow up with the exact same maneuver, forcing another roll, over and over until you do get exhausted. That's not being punished for bad stamina management, that's being cheesed by a shameless troll.
