I think that ubisoft should extend the 7-day championship to 14 days or longer, I've been waiting since release for my deluxe edition items. Ubisoft responded once since I made a support ticket, 3 days ago. By the way, where is the cd-key for xbox one games? they asked me to provide that along with my receipt and photo proof of what I'm missing.

First time I pre-ordered a Ubisoft game, and it will certainly be my last unless Ubisoft provides my account with the missing Deluxe content, along with some form of compensation.
I paid the extra 11 dollars (totalling u$84 , courtesy of PSN for living in LATAM) for the smoke effect and the 3 unique helmet crests, and I have none of those available for use.
Not even the Deluxe edition emblem as far as I can tell.
When I first logged into the game yesterday (that means they had almost two weeks to fix these issues that I had already read were happening from day 1...), two screens came up in sequence for a split second (even though I didn't press any buttons -- which is unconcievable, considering for all other pop up screens you have to long press a button for them to go away) before giving way to the regular game menu.
I only got to read the title in one of those screens which said something along the lines of "Congratulations! You've unlocked your deluxe content." And below seemed to be a list of the items included, which I couldn't read.
And like I said, when I went to customize my favored warrior - the orochi -, no crests or smoke execution were available.
I also participated in the closed and open betas and got no rewards to prove it.
Ubisoft, please fix this.
