    Confirm armor change in 1.6!?!

My apologies, as I haven't had the opportunity to listen to every minute of each 'state of the game' podcasts.

Can someone confirm: ARMOR on existing builds will be re-rolled as some random stat with 1.6? And existing gear peices that have already been calibrated, will NOT be active for re-roll and balancing despite being scewed by some new random 'ability'?

IF YOU'RE SCREWEING WITH EXSISTING SET PIECES, BEST TO UNLOCK THE ENTIRE PIECE FOR RECALIBRATION.

Otherwise, even a die hard like myself starts to ask why I'm playing, only to have my stuff go obsolete every three-four months! Out of my entire clan (75+/-), there are only 3 of us still playing The Division for this very reason.

Many of us have hoped and they aren't doing this apparently. Love how they said they want people to be able to jump right into the content but change so much sh** your basically forced to re-farm everything to be somewhat min-maxed again.

Stamina is a dead stat that you should only invest in to unlock weapon talents

armor rolls are health which are mandatory rolls on most gear pieces (SUCH DIVERSITY...)

Health is All Resist which is f***ing useless as even if you stack it literally everywhere you can only get 21%

Enemy Armor Damage is a Major Stat, so basically its useless as without a Destructive AR you'll only be able to get about 30% and 30% EAD to a player in 1.6 gives a whooping 2.5% increased damage

Skill builds have been gimped, and to make them reasonably viable you have to essentially have over 400K SP and have skill haste rolled EVERYWHERE (AGAIN SUCH DIVERSITY)

All and all 1.6 has essentially f***ed PvE and has done virtually nothing to stop the circle strafe hipfire meta that has existed since the alpha.

    Ha ha, pretty much this.
Also, why did they make it so if you have armour it'll change to health and if you have health it'll change to all resist?
Wouldn't it have been better to keep health as health and change armour to all resist. . . . . Am I missing something?

Because that would have diffidently forced everyone to refarm all there gear.

Health is mandatory on pretty much everything but the mask (which health can't roll on anyway) and the holster where health only rolls like 6K tops, making other options actually appealing. Everywhere else you want health. But we're basically f***ed and have to refarm everything anyway because Stamina is basically useless as you only get 15HP per point instead of 30.

1272 stamina points equal over 19K health -
I somehow fail to see that as a useless stat. Oh wait, youtuber said so.

This game is becoming a simplified third person arcade shooter where players just run and roll around clicking the trigger button when the crosshair turns red.

And that's what a portion of the playerbase in here wants, they've been vocal about removing everything bar the run/roll click hipfire style of play, add in the 3 or 4 Ytubers who have the influence and within 1.6 to 1.7 if it arrives this game will be unique a 3 person CoD shooter.

    Good Luck to you all.

Said youtuber didn't say it was useless, just that it was more effective to pick other stats. Also, said youtuber made a very in-depth video explaining the math behind his opinion, and you really can't argue with that math.

1 and 2 Week - Convert to Stamina.
3 and 4 week - into resistance around. Sometimes stamina ... It's hard to say.

But the problem is not only that.
Part of the old statistics as converted just removed in a Shuffle... Now certain things you can get some statistics. And for part of the damage is converted to a protection or skill.
    And in the same plane.
I recommend to stock up on credits. You do not give free convertibility on the subject with a great selection list.

True, and it probably isn't the biggest portion, just the most vocal. Just like you, i'm out.
