    Blind Justice

So, I main the Lawbringer, he is very fun to play, in my opinion. My one gripe is that his Blind Justice attack is effectively useless. The move requires a parry to initiate, and yet it can be effortlessly dodged. Why require a parry if the opponent can just sidestep it? It seems like using Blind Justice is a waste of your successful parry. I believe that Blind Justice should be guaranteed damage, since you have to go through the trouble of baiting a parry in order to use it.

Yes they can easily dodge it when they're full of stamina. Use shove to wear them down, then stun them and they won;t be able to dodge it anymore.

The only reliable use i see is if your opponent is in a corner since he wont be able to dodge it ( but he can still parry it ), or if your parry knocks him down which can happen if you are in revenge or if you parry him out of stamina.
All his parry followup are situational, otherwise just use GB then side heavy to secure damage.

Blind Justice is guaranteed damage if you parry a light attack.

It's guaranteed if you parry a light, otherwise it's like a 1vX tool. You parry one guy, then use it and turn to another to smack him... stuff like that.
