I tend to block that part out. Orochi....spits apollyon shoulda have busted her hilt over her/his head and then sent that punk over the balcony. That's how it should have ended.

Even if she IS dead, they can still bring her back. Imagine if, in the next game, they start the beginning cutscene by saying "the Samurai of the Dawn Empire have a belief that, after death, if one's will is strong enough, they can persist among the living, and cause grief". Or something of that nature. The lore of the universe isn't fleshed out, yet, so they could easily make it happen.

Power hungry is someone like M.Bison or Shao Kahn.
What power? The power to command an army is nothing compared with the power you gave, when you can pit everybody at was with each other. Even in death she was right.

What is true power? To kill someone or to make the person kill itself?

She honestly sees war and blood shed as the natural order of things, and herself as a teacher guiding everyone back to the "right" path.
Actually Nappolyon's pretty one-dimensional and honestly quite boring, but so are all characters in the campaign, maybe except for the Warden (who's only slightly less superficial and bland).

I really liked the Viking with the Asterix-helmet and the wolves. Wish there was a way to obtain his armor as a Warlord.

Can't explain it, I just like her crazy strong survive mentality, a bit like a medieval sith lord

When my friend and I saw her for the first time, we both immediately agreed; black armor? check! White blonde hair? Check! Massive serrated greatsword? check! Apollyon is Arthas, the lady lich king lol!

She can't be dead, she's the one narrating the whole thing. Kinda hard to do that if you died.

Also, can you even get her armor and sword at any point as a Knight? Like at high level gear?

You say she's one-dimensional as though it's a fact. Whatever "character arc" Apollyon may have gone through: she went through it a very long time ago. The way we see her in the Story is the ultimate result of her experiences.
