Is this game compatable with an X-box 360 game pad?,and is there any specific drivers I might need to D/L for it?

No it should work just fine Native ingame Xbox controller support

I found some xbox controller layouts online.I didnt se which buttons do th executions.Any tips?

Executions are bound to X and Y buttons on x360 controller by default. If you changed your button mapping then it is whatever button you bound for actions BTN_X and BTN_Y.

I think the biggest question I need to ask is will the 360 controller work on windows 10,or would I need to get a xbox one controller for that

If you already have X360 and W10, you can try if that will work.
If you have W10 but not have a gamepad yet, I would recommend rather buying XOne than X360 as there are some guys making it working together but some guys unable to make it work...
I dont have W10 or XOne so I may put just this link: How To Connect Xbox 360 Controller To Windows 10 PC | Fast&Easy | Controller Not Recognised/Detected (Youtube) but as I told...some comments there looks like it was not successful for them...

Yeah, but it's still impossible, cause Ubisoft don't allows changes to be uploaded ingame :/
