Considering the current weapons in the game, I would love to see either a scythe class or at least the weapon in the game.

I had the urge to say something to give a measure the level of ridiculousness of both suggestions but... I don't feel like flaming today.

AS much as I do like scythes in video games, they are unfortunately rather useless weapons of war. The actual war-scythe was nothing remotely like the farming implement, and neither is particularly effective.


So, unfortunately, they scythe would remove the realism aspect for me. And that one aspect is one that I dearly love.



I personally would like to see a khopesh weilder though. The khopesh was mostly ceremonial and for status, but it is believed to have some combat functionality.


Along with the khopesh, I would also enjoy a fencer. I envision them as being very fast with light hits and lots of parry follow-ups, but little overall damage and lowish health.

Well at the very least its good to see another scythe fan. The khopesh seems interesting idea especially if they add in an arabian style hero. At the very least I would like a weapon where the blade is sycthe like.

You know one of the images on the season pass ads shows a guy with a kama, right? Kama was adapted from a sickle, or hand-scythe.

And fyi, the khopesh is mostly associated and was developed in Egypt.
