So I've been complaining nonstop about this since the game was released and sure enough I finally have proof that blocking is f-ed in this game in its current state.
It's no wonder these god damn Orochi players are just spamming away their fast attacks and getting through 90% of the time! Get your sh!t together Ubisoft!![]()
I get this BS too. Like I said the game is more about fighting against the controls than against your opponent. It is an infuriating pile of bugs and lags. I can't count the times anymore that I was doing overhead heavies after a GB because my guard stance switched to top all by itself despite my mouse moving to a side and down.
You're kidding me right? You're either blind or trolling, I'm thinking both.Originally Posted by Kobiyan Go to original post
Yea, good argument, a fighting game where you have to block several seconds in advance. Who will play that other than 80 year old gamers??Originally Posted by Kobiyan Go to original post
If the game can't handle fast reflexes then it can't be called a fighting game.
I can understand your argument in context with the first video (Orochi), but the Valkyrie has a shield, her guard is supposed to be always up in the selected direction, and it was. It is indeed a bug.Originally Posted by Kobiyan Go to original post
I KNEW IT!!!
I've been struggling as conq the last few days. Well maybe not struggling but occasionally losing to players I shouldn't be losing to.
These scrubby Orochi and PK players kept getting total BS hits through that I was sure I was blocking...
Easy stuff like overhead jump attacks and storm strikes. The stuff that as a conqueror you get a lil chub when you see it coming.
I wondered if there was something bugged with block...
Trust me, you're not the only one. I can't recount the amount of times I almost threw my controller against the wall fighting these god damn Assassins! I was swearing up and down since I was moving my right analog stick to block/parry and yet they always got through, unbelievable stuff.... What's the point of having two god damn BETA's and yet this still made it to production???Originally Posted by Peligrad Go to original post
