Not sure if it will work for everyone but I tried what UBISOFT says and it didn't work what did work was doing the opposite turn off UPNP atleast it worked for me

Need to do a hard reset as well after your done with the router and whatever your using. But like I said not sure it will work for everyone but it's worked for 3 people so far so atleast it will help some sorry if it doesn't for you
