I would love to see some form of RACE AGAINST TIME game mode.
Maybe something with a super wide open battlefield like you would see on the Scotish highlands. The game begins in a RUSH across the battlefield with a large amount of NPC characters ranging from MINION SOLDIERS to CAPTAINS and then MINIBOSSES and lastly the SUPERBOSS (i.e. KING or QUEEN).
Like if you had 4 MINIBOSSES that were about the same health as the actual Player Heroes and then a SUPERBOSS character that would be the ultimate goal and whichever team defeats the SUPERBOSS first wins the match.
You could make each MINIBOSS defeat affect the OVERALL health of the KING - allowing the Players to strategize whether to take out the KING first with a large amount of health or to take out subsequent MINIBOSSES to lighten the load.
The NPC's would not be revivable. Like in the campaign you could have moments where CAVALRY come rushing across and you are forced to dodge or block. It is similar to the idea of "Kill The Captain" but instead of putting the onerous on an actual player it would be given to an NPC.
These NPC characters could be like APOLLYON or any of the other big characters in For Honor.

i think this is a good idea, it will bring more diversity in this amazing game
I had an idea too; it can be AMAZING to have a king of the hill system (mortal kombat etc ...)
Imagine you are fighting the actual champion in a close arena (no possibility to push outside), and the other players are outside and see the combat in live, after one dies an other players enter in the arena etc ...
I know this will never happen due to the connection issues but a 4v4v4 i think would be cool.
4 people from each faction are set on a very large map (like the myre in the kensei campaign when you have to hunt the other combatants).
you are forced to be characters from your faction.
six points are set around the area and it works like the dominion minion point so you cant stack them but there is one in the center of the map that you can stack.
there are soldiers and captains around like a skirmish and all three types meet at the middle point and only two different ones at the other six.
breaking starts when one team reaches 3,000 points.

8 players will join the match and its FFA so you are on your own. it may be 1-3-5 rounds and to win the round you have to survive as a last man alive
if its a 1 round match , scoring system will be easy if you are last man you are first
if its a 3-5 round match the scoring system will be placement like;
last man alive : 10 points
2nd : 8
3rd : 6
4rd : 4
5th : 2
6th and 7th : 1
8th : 0
YES! New game modes please. Some of the suggestions are really cool. A free-for-all mode is definitely missing and honestly, I'm not even sure why it was never a thing in the first place?!
* Deathmatch mode should actually be as it says, a free-for-all. One map, 8 people, same rules/penalties as skirmish but you're on your own. Most kills wins!!
* 4v4v4 (faction based) Skirmish mode & 4v4v4 (faction based) Elimination mode?? Not sure how that'd work, but it might be good at the end of rounds or off season to help bump up the faction war results?
* Escort the playload type game - someone already said it could be like the battering ram level used in the Knights story mode? Hell yes!
* Capture the flag? There are so many flags all over Ashfeld why we can't capture any of them is beyond me
* How many ledge kills can you get in 10 minutes mode? Just, that would be fun wouldn't it?! Lol.
Some of these have already been mentioned in this thread, just my 2 pennies worth.......
1-Capture the flag.
Has been said already but have 2 different spins on it. First version would have 1 flag in the middle of the map that both teams can grab and bring back to a "base" for a point. If the holder is ever killed it just drops in place, if they make it to the base it spawns back in the middle. Second version is more of a normal capture the flag. Each team has a flag in there base and you can't score a point unless your flag is at your base too. Feats and stats are both allowed 4v4 only. ALL maps available.
2-Arena/Colliseum
Could be done in 1v1, 2v2, and 4v4 fashion.
No stats, no feats, no hazards, no ledges/falls, and no reapawns just revives. 1 map only "Colliseum". Exactly like it sounds a huge Olympic style Colliseum that is just open space. The 2v2 and 4v4 versions would be bigger then the 1v1 version to allow/disallow running away.
3-Free for all.
4-8 players go head to head no teams. No respawns. Everything is legal. Maybe also put version in the arena game mode called ARENA Free for all. Where the stats and feats are turned off. ALL maps available.
4-King of the hill.
Takes place in the Colliseum level. 1v1 and 2v2 options. Have a room with 8 or 16 (for 2v2 mode) players in it. And everyone takes turns trying to kill the king for his crown. No stats or feats. You could also add a realism mode on top of KotH where the king/kings health do not regenerate between matches so they must rely on executions to gain health.
