So, I just bought the game on disk because my internet speeds are bad and I don't want to wait days to install it. Unfortunately, when I put in disk 2, installation slows down and comes to a halt at 7.89 GB. Then every so often, a box comes up asking me to insert disk 2 and quickly closes itself. I've uninstalled and tried to re-install 3 times and it always happens the same way. I'm at a loss here. Is there any way I can fix this?

What OS?

Sometimes there are issues with administrative rights, you could get an iso reader and open up the disk and run the setup as admin. Or you could try turning off UAC temporarily until after the install is done. Also double check on your antivirus and their logs if you have one.

I'm using Windows 10, and I've never had any problems like this with any other Ubisoft games or any games in general that have multiple disks. I'm also the admin for this computer, so it shouldn't be that. But I'll check all your other suggestions and get back to you.
