    Deluxe Edition Scam?

    Like everyone else who has purchased the deluxe pack, I also didn't receive the promised content I PAID FOR. All I got was the execution sunbeam effect. You owe me 3 ornaments, exclusive emblem pack, 7 days champion status, and 2 scavenger crates. I've tried contacting via email, but I still haven't received a response. Also the directions you have posted in order to find them are useless, WE DIDN'T GET THEM. Now refund me or give me what I paid for.

    This is a known issue, I spoke to support in a live chat about it and they said its a known issue and they are working on it.

    i have gold edition. same issues

    So i have this game as birthday pressie so I have the Gold edition. No sign of the extras. I see them harddrive but there must be synchronisation between me and server. The game should say YOU OWN THIS. Look forward to seeing it when thing get sorted out. End of February we will see.

    So....I as badly as I do not want to admit it and technically ubisoft if you're reading this I hope you f#$&in make right in this mistake but yes, 5.00 worth of steel got me all my stuff. It congrats me on the steel purchase then "BOOM" your season pass is Activated, yes activated, and you've unlocked the other crap too. Pretty captain crook ubisoft..

    I've heard this working for some players and not working for others. In my opinion I wouldn't spend another dime until I get what I've already paid for. Some people are talking about a class action lawsuit but it's probably just talk and would probably cost the players more than what they would get out of it. I've done the chat with Ubisoft Support and it was a pointless conversation. I've sent emails with purchase receipts and all, and no response. I bought the game from GameStop and they won't refund me. I'll try to call Microsoft and see what they have to say but they will more than likely direct me back to Ubisoft. I'm sure there will be a generous compensation from Ubisoft once they get things fixed such as a free game of something. It's ridiculous that they are keeping us in the dark, but everyone who got screwed just has to wait and see.

    No Integrity Ubisoft??

    Not that ANYONE from Ubisoft would ever respond to any of us yet or to this huge matter at hand anyway but this is pretty rediculous on Ubisofts part as a company, very disapointing that this is happening but worse is that there is ABSOLUTELY NO communication from support to tell us you'll make this right. To me, you've scammed and upset some very loyal people to your franchise and I honestly think this is going to affect your future sales in the longrun. You may want to start communicating to your fan base especially the ones you've wronged.

    I also had this issue. I only had the sunbeam and ornaments. I spoke to a live chat, they gave me some instructions, and a few days later I received the rest of my things. It's stupid, yes, but if you speak to the live chat they will try to help you and it might get you your things.
