Open Nat, Can't connect to ANY multiplayer games

I played in the Open Beta and had relatively few connection issues. However, since release I've had immense trouble joining games, with it getting worse each day until today, wherein I can no longer connect to ANY multiplayer games.

I've opened ports, disabled firewalls, placed my PC in the DMZ, flushed DNS, replaced hosts file. I've deleted EAC and verified game files. Reinstalled EAC explicitly. I'm working off a fresh install with zero left over beta files hanging around. I've done everything I can to fix this. The vast majority of my time logged in game is spent testing another round of fixes.

Let me end this by saying I purchased this game to play with a friend and he and I haven't been able to join a group with each other a single time. He's on moderate nat, lives in the same city with the same ISP and very similar home set up. If anything, I should have an easier time connecting than him, but, the opposite is true it seems.

If I can't get some legitimate response or word about a fix to these widespread issues, I'll get a refund or issue a chargeback.

Note: playing through steam from North America

i have also tried loads of stuff and nothing worked, but than i turned off dmz on my router and my nat went open. i cant be sure it is not a combination of opening ports, setting up a static ip, flushing the dns and turning off dmz, but none of that stuff did anything until i turned off the dmz on my router. i checked rainbow six siege and my nat is still strict there.

    All systems go!

So, I was at my wits end, but still trying everything. Now, it works. Everything. I can join any game. I can join with my friend that I couldn't play with even in open beta!

I went through the whole process of fixes one more time. Did another hard reset on every component in the system. And now its working. It's strange because I had done hard resets before (after updating router firmware) but it didn't help.

Not sure what else to say. Please, ask any questions and maybe I can help?!?

    Update! Inconsistent weirdness

So, just after a hard reset things were working great, as I posted before.

However, its very inconsistent. So, my friend and I played a few games, a variety of types vs AI and vs Players. I played a dominion pvp solo before he logged on. However, when he lead the group and we tried to play together, everything went to hell. He would join the game and I would not. Then afterwards, I was unable to join ANY matchmaking game solo or with him unless it was 2vAI.

I did another hard reset of my router and modem. After I could join 4v4 dominion pvp again, on my own. However, when I joined my friends group, I was once again unable to join with him. After I was once again unable to join matchmaking games on my own.

Additionally, my friend cannot join my group but I can join his.

So yeah, my earlier elation was unwarranted. These connection problems are insane. If I have nothing blocked by my ISP, all the apropo ports open, my firewall completely disabled, no antivirus software and put my PC in a DMZ, then a failed connection is the fault of your application, not my set up.

Edit: I consistently get the 004000004 (or similar) error. Here are a couple screen shots of my router settings.
    UPnP

Port Forwarding (ports are individually enumerated for my ease of mind)

Also not sure why these images are posting appropriately so links:

That's super weird. I have open nat with and without dmz. My friend did everything possible and only has moderate nat with a very similar set up to mine and the same isp. However, he can connect through matchmaking without any failure, and I cannot. Everything about these problems comes back as extremely inconsistent from user to user. This is a pretty epic screw-up.

Same problem. I fixed this by changing routing connection to bridge mode, then created broadband connection on my pc. I have to reconfigure my router every time i want to play for honor, coz my family wants wi-fi, which dont working in bridge mode. Sad thing that game is great, but ubi cant in net code.

well nothing is weird when it comes to peer to peer games, everything is possible. i had a problem with entering a party with my friend in rainbow six siege, which is another ubisoft screw up that involves peer to peer. to cut a very, very, very long story short, at least one of us needed to have win 7 service pack 1 installed.

    Same

Same, After checking in November 2017 after I found out there was a new Halloween edition, I would not be able to connect to any ONLINE games. Any offline bot games, story modes, or just talking with other people on the in-game ubiplay chat feature was working just fine. I also keep receiving error code 00020001512. I have not tried to get a friend try to connect but from what I have seen, many other people have experienced this issue and there is no easy solution. I have tried all manners of fixing it except for port forwarding which wouldnt help, considering im having this problem on the same device but with different internet sources and routers.

Yeah, after a long time of not playing I have tried to play and I can't find ANY matches. Moderate NAT, connection is just fine, Europe prime time. Dominion shows High Activity but I can spend 5 minutes in que and not find a match.

The game is completely broken at this point.

Actually I just had a live chat that may bring a solution, after updating my network adapters, it seems that one was missing a update, and my laptop may have a corruption, which would explain why my computer works just fine with the game!
