The Shugoki can, that's the only other that I know of.

Well, it's not exactly a blessing. Not all passives are made equally. Not all actives are, either.

I love passive Conqueror. Healing on blocks is so good.

Too bad blocking seems glitchy at the moment.

Take Bonus damage passive, increase damage resistance passive, damage through blocks passive, and autorevive on down passive.
