Are there somewhere numeric information about stats? All we have in game are just visual representations of something (those strips/lines/bars)

The image is just random one from the internet.

I've tried two different (purple coloured) blades on orochi. First one was enchancing stamina mostly and decreasing attack almost to zero, another was the opposite: more attack, less stamina.
The difference (as far as i can judge visually by looking at hp bar) was just 10% of damage:

Attack-focused blade:
one hit with light attack: ~80% of a single hp bar
heavy attack: 130%

Stamina-focused blade
light: ~75-70%
heavy: ~115 - 120%

Are there exact numbers on all stats somewhere? Because it takes a lot of time to test each property and will output quite rough observations instead of precise numbers.

That is what we all need! We need numerical stats for heroes and gear!
And detailed and full patch notes!

btw, what do "Block damage resistance" and "Block damage"?

Think you only hurt them if they block your heavy attack.
Most will parry or dodge tho, so bit useless stat
