Please for the love of god fix the mouse

There NEEDS to be a deadzone for the mouse so when we move it to the left and then it moves a milimeter to the right it doesn't change our guard site.. guards should only change on a DELIBERATE movement. Yes, there is a guard mode mouse sensitivity option. It. Does. Not. Work. I've tried it on 0 and moved my mouse as little as humanly possible and it still changed the guard in the other direction.. just makes the input slower. It should at the very least be an option we can turn on so the guard doesnt change unless the mouse moves a certain amount such as half an inch or something along those lines.

Simply make a distance requirement before the switch to occur. Make it a slider so people can set it to their preference. Thats all you'd have to do. Say you move your mouse to the left to guard.. it wont switch to top or to right unless you move it "x" distance.

Yes, that is ok (even it may cause some lag before the actual guard change, right because of the slider), we also talked right about this during beta so if we are lucky, they will implement that in some future, but that is not a dead zone. I was asking just about the first part of your post as it is interesting to me, if you got some good idea how to implement a working, non-limiting dead zone for mouse moving and its mechanic.

Yup, that's it...lag-less solution there is a discussion about in another thread. The only thing is someone would like to have some dead zone in the center of the circle...but at least...it should be a matter of settings as someone with better mouse moving skills would want smaller zone than someone else because too big zone of cursor ignoration would cause delays between mouse movement and the actual changing of guard.
    Good image.

but even then you could use a slider to change the size of the zone so people can customize how it affects them

Unfortunately, this is what happens when you hire a third party to port your game over.

What dpi do you use in your mouse?
Cuz i've been using kb and mouse since the open beta and on 0 sensitivity @400 dpi, for me there is a deadzone, actually I play on 1 right now cuz i felt it was too big.
