When will it unlock?

I put in a ticket and spoke to a rep who said they had a problem with it but it should be fixed now. I won't be able to verify until I get home but will update my ticket if it's still not there. If your not seeing it I would put in a ticket as well.

So has anyone been able to unlock the Faction War rewards? Or are they still working on it?

I was able to get mine on Tuesday evening.

I was The Knight Faction during the Alpha and both Betas. Mine is still locked in the Reward Section. Thanks for letting me know someone has received it.

Trying to submit ticket but UBISOFT Email and Chat is not Working.

Still haven't got it here, was Knights in all 3 technical tests.
Opened a support ticket, got a message saying they are investigating the issue and no actual individual help, or news on when it will be available.

I have the alpha, and both beta rewards so they must see on their database that I was always knights. And that I deployed war assets.

Update to my previous post: After the rep told me it should be available now for me I went home to find that I still didn't have it. Updated my ticket, waited for live chat again for the next rep to say that he forwarded my request to the dev team and I should get an email from them next. I'm still waiting for that email.

I was able to get my rewards on launch day. Are you sure you are using the same account? If you bought the game through steam make sure you linked the correct account.
