[PC]Major fps drop from water | Forums

I am having average fps of 95 in duel maps where there is no water, rain or snow present. As soon as I see water in any form my fps goes as down as 35, usually around 45. Any known fixes for this? I can of course set lower graphics settings to gain so much fps I won't notice the drop so bad but it's bit frustrating having to set lower quality for only some maps.

The rig:
i7 5930K @ 4,5ghz
2x 1080 GTX @ 2100mhz (Newest WHQL drivers 378.66)
Intel 600p m.2 ssd
32Gb ddr 4

Settings:
4K resolution
V-sync off
G-sync on
All on max
-AA off
-Motion blur off

disable dynamic reflections, they are pretty expensive and on 4K hit the graphics card really hard.
