I start the game, then the splashscreen appears and norhing happens anymore. The small circle keeps making its loading movement and the splashscreen doesnt go away. I can minimize it or close it again but the game wont start. The launcher log gives me the following messeges:

Anyone has an idea? I already chatted with ubisoft support about the issue but they wont reply me anymore.
